Unregistered vouchers are the single biggest cause of declined transactions, negative account balances and publisher disputes.
We check every code being used in active transactions against the My Offers register. One programme had 12 of 14 year-to-date transactions involving unregistered codes creating a USD -909.68 balance and freezing payment processing for 8 weeks. Another had its first affiliate commission captured by a browser extension because the brand's live voucher wasn't in My Offers.
