Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Affiliate Marketing Express. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Affiliate Marketing Express ("AME", "we", "us", or "our") is operated by Affiliate Marketing Group Ltd, an internationally operating company. Our registered address and contact details are available at hello@affiliatemarketing.express.
Our platform, accessible at affiliatemarketing.express, provides affiliate programme management tools, automated task generation, performance monitoring, and related services (the "Service").
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts to use the Service. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@affiliatemarketing.express if you suspect any unauthorised use.
We offer a free trial period with no credit card required. At the end of your trial, your account will automatically move to a limited free tier unless you choose a paid subscription.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase (currently $190/month). Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes (including any applicable sales tax or VAT).
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial months except where required by applicable law.
We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
You retain ownership of all data you connect to or upload to the Service (including affiliate network credentials, performance data, and publisher information). You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the Service.
All task recommendations, scoring logic, benchmarks, educational content, and platform interfaces are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without our written permission.
We may use anonymised, aggregated data derived from the Service to improve our platform, develop benchmarks, and publish industry insights. No personally identifiable information or client-specific data will be shared.
The Service integrates with third-party affiliate networks (such as AWIN). Your use of those networks is governed by their own terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party platforms. Changes to third-party APIs may occasionally affect Service functionality.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce any specific business outcomes. Task recommendations are based on data analysis and industry best practices — they are not a guarantee of revenue growth or programme performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AME and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data after a 30-day retention period, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AME is registered. Any disputes shall first be pursued through good-faith negotiation, and failing that, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
