When you connect your affiliate network accounts (e.g. AWIN), we receive and process performance metrics, transaction data, publisher information, and commission records. This data is used solely to provide the Service — generating task recommendations, scoring your programme, and producing reports.
We automatically collect information about how you use the platform: pages visited, features used, session duration, browser type, device type, and IP address. This helps us improve the product and identify issues.
If you contact us by email or through forms on the site, we retain those communications and your contact details to respond and maintain records.
